Q. How do I place an order for Lasagne?
A. CHOOSE YOUR DAY: Head to ORDER NOW. Choose the DAY you would like to have your Lasagne delivered. If you are in one of our regular delivery suburbs you can choose any day, however, if you are in a guest delivery suburb you will need to choose the day that area is available. Suburbs are listed on each Lasagne page.
CHOOSE YOUR LASAGNE & ANY EXTRAS: Click on the Lasagne icon for your day. Eg: Thursday Lasagne Delivery. It is important that you choose the right day! If you want to change your day later you will need to empty your cart and start over. Select your Lasagne (Meat or Melanzane) and number of serves. Click ADD TO CART. Select your delivery suburb from the drop down and enter your mobile number. YOU AREN’T DONE YET.
CHECK OUT & PAY: Go to your cart and checkout (pay). Your will receive a confirmation email for your order. If you do not, please contact us.
IF YOU REQUIRE AN EARLY DELIVER
Please contact us by email. It can’t be certain, but we’ll try our best, especially if you have children.
Q. When IS the bar open and where is it?
A. 1800LASAGNE is at 653 High St, Thornbury! We’re open 5pm-11pm Monday - Thursday, 5pm-12am Friday. 12pm- 12am Saturday and 12pm-11pm on Sunday with the live Jazzagne band!

q. How do I place an order for Merch?
A. Order merch in the SHOP. You can checkout in the same order with your lasagne but your merch will usually be posted separately.
Q. I’VE GOT SOME DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & OR ALLERGIES, CAN I STILL DINE AT 1800LASAGNE?
A. We aim to accommodate all dietary requests.
Most of our menu items will contain, one or more of the following; Dairy, Meat, Egg, Gluten, Nuts.
If you have any allergies, please let your server know!
We offer GF pasta and vegan pasta that can be served with many of our pasta sauces.
Our olives, giardinera, seasonal veggies and mixed dressed leaves are all Vegan/GF + our Good Bread is suitable for vegans- we just sub out the butter for oil.
There are no nuts or seeds present in the LASAGNE.

Q. Which days do you deliver and where to?
A. We deliver TUESDAY- SUNDAY. Regular delivery suburbs and guest suburbs are listed in each Lasagne page. If your suburb is not listed please email us with a request.
Q. When will my lasagne be delivered?
A. Your lasagne will be delivered any time from 6pm until 9pm. You will receive a text when your driver is close by. We are sorry but we can not give an exact time.
Q. Do I have to heat the lasagne up/cook anything?
A. Your lasagne will arrive hot and ready to eat! If you would like to heat it up, just pop it in the oven in its tin without the lid until it’s at the right temp for you.
q. Who delivers my Lasagne? Is it a third party company?
A. We do! No third party company! When you receive your lasagne it is directly from us, with LOVE.
Q. How do I make sure I get Lasagne before it’s sold out?
A.Orders for the week are placed on our website from 12pm, Monday.
If you have your heart set on having lasagne on a particular night, your best bet is to place your order on Monday. Some days sell out before others so if you’re flexible, check the other days because there may still be hope for you yet!
